Network Engine Privacy Policy

Network Engine is operated by Insightel ("we"). This policy explains what data Network Engine reads, why, and how you control it.

1. Data we access

With your permission, Network Engine reads, in read-only mode:

• Gmail: message headers (sender, recipients, cc, date, subject, thread) and the signature block of messages sent to you. To find the signature, the message text is read in memory. The message text is not stored, logged, or shared.
• Google Calendar: event times and attendees.
• Google Contacts: names, email addresses, phone numbers, company and title.

2. How we use the data

We use the data only to show you your own relationship history and to suggest people to reconnect with. We do not use it for advertising. We do not sell it. We do not use it to train AI or machine learning models.

3. Where the data is kept

The data is kept in an encrypted database that only you can access, with encrypted backups. Access tokens are kept in a secure key store.

4. Sharing

We do not share your Google user data with third parties, except where needed to provide the service you asked for, to comply with the law, or with your explicit consent. To find duplicate entries for the same person, names, email addresses, phone numbers, company and title may be sent to a matching service that keeps no data (zero data retention). Message text is never sent to any third party or AI service.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Network Engine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Your control

• You can remove Network Engine's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• You can ask us to delete all your data. Write to amitg@insightel.com. We delete it within 30 days.
