Network Engine

Network Engine helps you keep your professional relationships warm. It builds one private list of your contacts and shows when you last spoke with each person, how often, and who started the conversation. Each day it suggests a few people to reconnect with and prepares a draft message for you to review.

How it uses your Google data

• Gmail (read only): sender, recipients, date and subject of messages, and phone, title and company from email signatures. Message text is read only to find the signature. It is not stored.
• Google Calendar (read only): who attended a meeting, and when.
• Google Contacts (read only): names, email addresses, phone numbers, company and title of your contacts.
• Network Engine never sends, deletes or changes anything in your account. Nothing is sent to anyone without your approval.
